TOWN OF WOODRUFF

ACCEPTING BIDS FOR

 RESURFACING ROAD PROJECTS

The Town of Woodruff will be accepting sealed bids road projects for the 2026 season. Complete specifications and arrangements for site tours can be made at the Town Office during regular hours Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-3 p.m. or by calling 715-356-9421. Site inspection is required for bid acceptance.   

ALL BIDS SHALL BE SEALED AND MARKED: 2026 ROAD PROJECTS

2026 Road work

Pulverize and repave work:

1. North Townline: 1.3 miles starting at Balsam heading east.
2. Schlitz Road: .12 miles starting at Timberlane Dr. heading north (LRIP project).
3. Schlitz Road: .20 miles starting at Timberland Dr. heading south (LRIP project).
4. Pine St.: .06 miles starting at 3^rd heading south.

Sealed bids will be accepted at the Woodruff Town Office during normal business hours until 3 p.m. Friday, May 22, 2026. Bids can be mailed to P.O. Box 560, Woodruff, WI  54568, hand-delivered to the office, or placed in the secure drop box outside the town hall lobby, 1418 1^st Ave., Woodruff.

Bids will be opened and reviewed at the town board meeting Tuesday, May 26, 5:30 p.m.

The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids or accept the bid that would be most advantageous to the town with the final decision being made in the time frame necessary for complete review.
