If you have concerns about your property assessment:

• Please thoroughly read the BLUE letter that accompanied your assessment notification. It will probably answer your questions!
  
  
• If your questions are still not answered, please call the assessor, Bowmar Appraisal at 920-733-5369. This number is also on your white assessment notification. Nick Marcks is the assessor that handles Woodruff.
• The mill rate for the Town of Woodruff will NOT be increased this year, so it is not likely your taxes will increase regardless of your new assessment.

No one on staff at the Town of Woodruff is qualified to answer questions about your specific property’s value. Please call the assessor – he is very happy to address your concerns prior to Open Book Aug. 26 or Board of Review Sept. 18.
