The New Year’s Eve Celebration at Woodruff is ON! Horse-drawn sleigh rides from 3-6:30 p.m., bonfire, ice skating and chili, hot dogs and hot cocoa by the Cross Country Cruisers. The family-friendly event culminates with fireworks behind the town hall at 7 p.m.
